The Objective: For over two decades Sakonnet has pioneered the production of fine wines in New England. Sakonnet’s philosophy is to transform the unique character of their grapes into wines that best demonstrate regional character. To effectively communicate the qualities of these wines to the consumer, a new super premium brand identity was needed.
The Solution: Hanson Associates, Inc. assessed the important brand equities of Sakonnet and customer preferences for wines.
The richness of the black and gold label, embossed rooster symbol and elegant typography on antique parchment enhances the classic qualities of the wines. This new design format was carried across the entire Estate line as a unified brand presence while using color accents on the labels to distinguish specialty products. |
