ING Direct’s unique approach to banking is backed by ING, one of the world’s largest integrated financial services organizations. In the attempt to reach customers in a more tangible way, ING Direct uses cafes in New York, LA and Philadelphia to reassure customers that ING Direct is a real bank.
ING Direct asked Hanson Associates, brand strategists and retail designers, to make the cafes more “bank” centric. Their assignment was to ensure that each patron understand what ING offers prior to leaving the Cafe. |
