A Designer for Hanson Associates, Inc. should possess the highest creative design standards with varied design experience. He/she should be a diligent employee and willing to make a long-term commitment; possess a high degree of competence with computer skills; have a thorough understanding of the entire design process and be a team player. He/she should possess very good creative skills, have the ability to understand art direction and have the skills and creative insight to execute against the given direction with minimal assistance. A designer should provide a variety of viable concepts for each assigned project with maximum efficiency. He/she should have a good mastery of photographic direction, preproduction and production skills. |
